Responsibilities Include:

Sales Development Representatives are tasked with interacting with customers at the beginning of their C&D journey, creating a vital first impression for our brand and speaking with individuals from a variety of industries. 

You will support our busy team by:

• Playing a Vital Role in Outbound Sales & Marketing Activities
• Working Closely with Finance Specialists, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers & Heads of Departments
• Networking
• Finding & Initiating Contact with Potential Customers
• Qualifying Leads from Marketing Campaigns as Sales Opportunities
• Leading Initial Stages of a Sales Pipeline
• Maintaining & Developing our CRM System

You will be extremely driven to learn about all aspects of the industry, concentrating on asset finance, and will use the appropriate systems to support our busy team by:

• Exploring Industry Sectors (Engineering, Construction, Agriculture etc.)​

Previous experience in Sales is advantageous, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. To be eligible, you must be confident, hard-working, number driven and comfortable speaking to potential customers in person and over the phone, going above and beyond your core role.

The C&D Academy extends across various departments and members will spend a total of 12 months enjoying aspects of Sales, Operations, Marketing and Compliance. With regular training activities and workshops to participate in, the Academy becomes a fantastic stepping stone to grow and develop into becoming an influential and successful member of the team, ensuring you’ll make a meaningful contribution to Charles & Dean from the very beginning.

Previous experience is not necessary as you will be on a structured development programme. All that we require from you is commitment, passion and tenacity in abundance.
