Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Refer a Friend incentive (“Incentive”) offered by Charles & Dean Finance (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in this Incentive, all participants (“Referrers” and “Referred”) agree to abide by these terms.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• “Reward”: A £100.00 voucher issued in accordance with the terms outlined herein
• “Referred”: A family member or friend who is neither a current nor a previous customer of Charles & Dean Finance.
• “Referrer”: A current customer of Charles & Dean Finance, eligible to refer a non-customer.
• “Referral Link”: A unique URL provided to the Referrer to share with potential Referred individuals.

3. Referrer Rewards

3.1. Referrers shall be entitled to a Reward for each Referred individual who successfully takes out a Motor Finance Policy with Charles & Dean Finance as a new customer. To qualify, the Referred must use the Referrer’s unique Referral Link at the time of application.

3.2. If the Referred cancels their finance application or any subsequent agreement within 30 days of signing, neither the Referrer nor the Referred shall be eligible to receive the Reward.

3.3. The Referred individual must meet all qualifying conditions (see Section 4) and must be a new customer of Charles & Dean Finance.

3.4. The Reward will be issued to the Referrer following 30 days from the Referred entering into a qualifying Motor Finance agreement, via an email containing a redemption link.

3.5. The Referred individual must ensure that they use the Referrer’s unique referral code at the first point of contact with Charles & Dean Finance. Failure to do so will result in the ineligibility of the Reward.

3.6. Charles & Dean Finance reserves the right to amendhonoured, suspend, or withdraw the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion. Any qualifying Reward earned before such changes will still be honored.

3.7. To be eligible to act as a Referrer, the individual must:

• • Be an existing Charles & Dean Finance customer with a live finance agreement;
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Not have engaged in any form of fraudulent or dishonest behavior related to the Incentive.

3.8. The Referral Link and associated promotional materials may not be misrepresented or falsely attributed to Charles & Dean Finance. Furthermore, the Referral Link may not be advertised on social media platforms or search engines.

3.9. The Referral Link is intended solely for use by the Referred individual and should not be shared with others. Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of the Reward, at the sole discretion of Charles & Dean Finance.

3.10 The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent.

4. Referred Family & Friends Rewards

4.1. The Referred individual will receive their Reward electronically via email containing a redemption link 14 days after their finance agreement has gone live.

4.2. The Referred individual is responsible for activating the voucher link at their discretion.

4.3. This Incentive cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion currently active with Charles & Dean Finance at the time of the Referred’s sign-up.

4.4. The Referred individual must not have been referred to Charles & Dean Finance by any third-party associate or business entity with whom Charles & Dean Finance has a commercial relationship.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Charles & Dean Finance reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Incentive at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated to participants and will apply only to new referrals made after the date of change.

6.2. By participating in this Incentive, the Referrer and Referred acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
